The house of Cartier recently presented its latest creations at the Watches & Wonders 2023. The opportunity to discover the new range of the House, including a new Cartier Privé CPCP collection, as well as emblematic reissues of the collections Tank, Santos-Dumont and a variety of exclusive models for women.

The new Cartier Tank 2023

The iconic Maison Cartier is back in the news today with the presentation of its seventh opus: Tank Normal. This model joins the prestigious Cartier Privé collection alongside the watch Crash, Tank , Asymmetric tank, Cloche and the Chinese Tank.

Created by Louis Cartier en 1917 and marketed two years later, the Tank is one of the most famous creations of the House, as well as one of the most significant in the history of watchmaking.

New version of the famous watch Cartier Tank Normal. This is the first time that the company has ever used a new product, retaining the timeless aesthetic codes of the House: blued hands, cabochon on the winding crown, chemin de fer and secret signature.

This hour/minute version is available in three variations: on an alligator strap, all yellow gold or platinum. With modernized dimensions of 32.2 mm x 27.8 mm, it will be available from April 2023 and will be limited to 200 copies per color.

To complete the Privé collection, Cartier has added 50 new skeleton interpretations of the Tank Normale. These models are offered in the same colors and materials as the original collection, and are equipped with the skeletal movement signature of the House, accompanied by a 24-hour complication visible through a skeletonized crescent moon.

There is also a limited edition of 20 pieces in platinum set with diamonds.

Cartier American Tank 2023

In 1989, Cartier has launched the American Tank directly inspired by the curvature of the Tank. As a reminder, this watch was the first to be equipped with an adjustable strap, adapted to the famous folding clasp, whose patent was filed by Cartier in 1909.

In 2023, The design of this iconic watch is enhanced by chiseling the line into a slimmer and more edgy curved shape. The style of the dial and the perfect harmony of the case lugs in the extension of the strap reinforce the silhouette of the watch.

This American Tank is equipped with the new caliber 1899 MC.

It will be available in three sizes: 28 mm, 35.4 mm and 44.4 mm.
They will be available in stainless steel, in rose gold, or in precious versions in rose gold and diamonds on a leather strap, or in white gold and rose gold paved with diamonds on a metal bracelet.

They will be available from September 2023.

New additions to the current Santos Dumont collection. We find the classic minuterie de chemin de fers, the Roman numerals, the sword-shaped hour-minute hands, all in a new version with a green vert.

It is available in a 43.5 mm x 31.4 mm case, as well as in a limited edition XL size of 46.6 mm x 33.9 mm.

Other iterations, new models in platinum, rose gold or yellow gold, with Roman numerals in jade, jaspe or even dumortierite.

Cartier Santos Dumont Skeleton 2023

The Manufacture has taken on a new challenge in 2023 by sublimating the sober and slender shape of the famous Santos-Dumont watch. For the first time, this iconic watch is equipped with a skeletal movement a tribute to the aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont which inspired the creation of the first modern wristwatch in 1904.

This new Automatic skeleton caliber 9629 MC was developed for Santos-Dumont and incorporates a miniaturized functional oscillating weight in the form of a replica of the Demoiselle, a precursor aircraft designed by the pilot in 1907. It is composed of 212 components of a micro-rotor, 18 ruby and a 43-hour power reserve and will have required two years of development.

Available in rose gold, steel, or yellow gold and marine lacquer, where all details, from the bezel to the case to the skeleton bridges, are hand-lacquered.

This collection will be available from June 2023 and is limited to 150 copies.

The new Cartier Panther 2023

The Panther is in the spotlight in the latest jewelry creation of the House. We find a black lacquer dial. The watch is made from a single piece of wood, crunched by the jaws of the beast. The panther is finely sculpted in three dimensions, from the nose to the piercing eyes to the pointed ears, expressing the power and challenge of this watch.

The bracelet adapts perfectly to the shape of the wrist thanks to an ingenious system without visible hinges.

It is available in yellow gold, pink gold with black lacquer, or a white gold version with diamonds. The panther's eyes are adorned with tsavorite or emeralds.

They will be available from December 2023.

The new Cartier Clash (Un)limited 2023

La Cartier Clash [Un]limited designates l'harmonie perfect between the graphic accuracy and the design culture from the house of Cartier. This is a real jewellery creation. This is the first time that the Clash codes of Cartier have been highlighted by an elegant mechanism that stands out for its beauty.

It is available in yellow gold, pink gold or white gold with diamonds. It will be available from April 2023.

The new Cartier Baignoire 2023

Since its creation in 1912, The Cartier Baignoire has seen many variations, and this year is no exception. The dial, with its Roman numerals, is now adorned with a more generous gold band. Its curved case in pink, yellow or diamond-paved gold offers unequalled comfort when worn.
