This year 2023, during the Watches and Wonders exhibition in Geneva, Patek Philippe is unveiling no less than 17 new models, all of which are well known to the Manufacture: the new Calatrava, Grandmaster Chime, Quantième Annuel and Aquanaut.
The manufacture has modernized some of its iconic timepieces, while remaining true to its traditions and watchmaking.
The new Patek Philippe Calatrava watches are a breath of fresh air and complement the current collection. Three new models in white gold, colored in yellow (6007G-001), blue (6007G-011) or red (6007G-010) on the minutes and seconds hand, giving them a more graphic, modern and contemporary style.
True to the Manufacture, the automatic caliber is worthy of the greatest, with its 212 components, its 45-hour power reserve, its 21-gold oscillating weight, all decorated with the Patek Philippe hallmark (movement, case and dials, hands, pushers, bracelets, clasps follow very strict quality standards).
A Calatrava for ladies? It's done with this novelty, adorned with 76 diamonds on its bezel, a pink gold case, a purple dial with a wave pattern covered with layers of lacquer (about 50), this Patek Philippe Calatrava is the ideal accessory for its Ladies, with a sophisticated and chic look.
Patek Philippe has revisited the Aquanaut chronograph in a more chic version, with a rose gold case and a brown dial with black gradations. The emblematic design of the Aquanaut case, water-resistant to 120 m, and its polished and satin finish are retained.
This Patek Philippe Aquanaut is driven by an automatic flyback chronograph movement, combining past (column-wheel) and future inspirations with a vertical disc clutch that causes almost no wear and tear and allows the use of the chronograph second hand to display the seconds continuously.
The Patek Philippe Aquanaut is offered a new complication, a patented Annual Calendar (day, date and month), which is simple to use and requires manual adjustment once a year, at the end of February.
This Aquanaut Luce is intended for ladies, its balance with its pink gold case and blue dial make it a beautiful dress watch, which has nothing to envy to models set with precious stones. The sporty chic style of this model is reinforced by the bracelet with Aquanaut motif. The appearance of a moon phase enhances the overall look, while maintaining a certain coherence between the different complications.
We had on the model previously presented above, a version without precious stones. On this new version of the Aquanaut Luce, we find the rose gold case, a taupe colored dial, and a bezel set with 48 diamonds.
The case is waterproof to 120 m, so no worries about coping with any conditions in everyday life. A very elegant watch, without constraints for its ladies.
One of our favorite watches among its 17 new products. This Calatrava with complications completes the range of travel watches for everyday use. It displays a dual time zone with a 24-hour display mode. A perfect readability, in the sobriety by Patek Philippe.
The elegance also represents well of this model, with its case in pink gold completely polished, the suppression of the pushers of correction of the hour by a system directly integrated into the crown, the whole on a marine dial with pink gold appliques of the most beautiful effect.
This new Patek Philippe 5905 combines two of the Manufacture's most popular complications: the Annual Calendar and the Flyback Chronograph.
We have already seen many variations of this Annual Calendar Flyback Chronograph, but this time, it is offered with a pink gold case with a blue sunray dial, combining the timeless style of this flagship model.
The Annual Calendar takes into account the months in 30 and 31 days, and requires only one correction during the month of February (it is not a Perpetual Calendar).
New from Patek Philippe is the first Pilot-style chronograph model with dual time zones. A high-tech timepiece, as it is able to indicate local time as well as home time, day or night indication, all with the addition of a Flyback Chronograph.
The new Patek Philippe 6300s are true demonstrations of the Manufacture's expertise, a reinterpretation of the design of its most complicated wristwatch.
20 complications, 5 of which are audible: an alarm indicating the programmed time and a date repeater sounding the date at will.
Think of a complication, it is inevitably there, or almost: display of the power reserve of the movement, the alarm, second time zone, instantaneous perpetual calendar, leap year cycle by hand, moon phases, and much more ...
The double-sided case pivots, allowing you to choose which side you want to be visible. Several new variations are possible, a magnificent brown or black opaline dial, applied Breguet numerals in gold, hand-engraved "Clous de Paris" decoration.
The black dial version is a real piece of jewelry, with 118 baguette emeralds and 291 baguette diamonds.
The Patek Philippe 5316 à Grande Complication has undergone a contemporary transformation with the use of a platinum case and a dial that gradually changes from blue to black around its periphery.
The caliber combines 5 of the most coveted complications of watch enthusiasts, namely a minute repeater, a tourbillon, a perpetual calendar with a retrograde date display and a moon phase indication.
Patek Philippe presents its Répétition Minutes à Heure Universelle, reference 5531, adorned with a cloisonné Grand Feu enamel decoration representing one of the famous steamships of the "Belle Époque" fleet sailing on Lake Geneva, a feat of craftsmanship achieved entirely by hand.
This Universal Time Minute Repeater is beautifully decorated with a hand guilloche "Clous de Paris" pattern.
This new Patek Philippe 5178G Minute Repeater is an ode to the craftsmanship of the manufacture, with its flinqué blue Grand Feu enamel dial. The dial plate is made of white gold, and is meticulously hand-guilloché with a swirling pattern before being covered with translucent enamel.
The minute repeater is equipped with two "cathedral" gongs, twice as long as the classic gongs, offering an unequalled sound.
The Gondolo Serata by Patek Philippe is a jewel watch. The new version of this watch is now available in a slightly larger size, in rose gold.
The case is set with 94 spessartites. The brown lacquered dial of this watch is decorated with a floral design with a play of contrasts between matte and polished finishes. The Gondolo Serata will seduce its ladies.
